Jeff will get so many mails from all over the world. Isn’t there any other mode only for issues related to Amazon India? I know that it will be filtered country wise, but still there has to be something specific to India.
Just ask them on twitter/FB
Shoot a mail to CC to provide escalation matrix
Else call CC & speak to team manager
How to connect with team manager? In calls , they just reply to me that their supervisor will give me the same crap as them and so DOESN’T forward the call/email to their supervisor :/

Email subject line: Amazon Order#XXXXX – Complaint Escalation. Include an Executive Summary of main points in 4-5 bullet points to show that you mean business.

received nothing else. Does this [email protected] work?
I used both emails a year back to successfully resolve a matter.
Write an with subject line and body “Test Email” and send it. No bounce means it is working.
Imagine Jeff running $2 trillion company and reading dimers’ email saying “I didn’t received 50cb for my electricity payment with ’ ’ emoji and threatening to complain it in NCHL.”
