i have ordere three tshirts from my vishal and i have paid online and the nex day i got a message that my product was shipped by dotzot and they also shared the tracking awb no of the parcel. the next day when i tracked the parcel it had arrived patna and i am from araria,bihar and today evening when i have tracked the parcel it showed out for delivery in araria nodal point,patna without any sms,email and call right now they have postponed it by the next day.i visite dotzot official website but unable to find a working contact no or email.please help me

if you gave them your number they will call you before delivery. if you could not able to contact them then contact vishal and ask them for courier contact details.
