Any sony x80aj users?
I recently bought sony x80aj tv
When display is black a white spot like shade is visible at bottom left of tv raised a request and sony technician saying its not only for this tv whole model 80aj has this issue.
Can anyone confirm me.

It's black light bleed. Most ips lcd have a slight black light bleed and companies will only work on it if it is too bright.

my tv has this small bleed since last 2 years and i thought it is like this only 😃
although while using tv normally it does not shows even 1%

Backlit isuee ,happens in most Sony TV's , 4500 i think for it

Sony extend warranty for this model is 12500 for 2 years. 

Is their any alternative?

That’s an issue!

its not only for this tv whole model 80aj has this issue - This is some irresponsible statement from a brand like sony. They should replace it or fix it Cz that’s annoying.

Many a times brands refuse to replace saying that xx pixels should stop working. Op should try his luck though

Perks (IPS glow, backlight bleed) of getting an IPS monitor/TV. Black levels are too poor and "no local dimming" for X80AJ makes things worse (Warranty may not applicable for these things but if you can convince the technician then return/replacement is possible). Now even for ~52k this TV doesn't look like a great deal to me but people seem to get stuff just looking at the brand/make 

Personally i feel this is way too distracting (especially when you're watching content with black bars) ... VA panels are much more better (Better colors, deeper blacks)

Sony Technician visited yesterday he said its a murra effect and its not a problem at all then i replied him i personally tested all samsung lg and sony tv's i not found this any t.v and sony t.v also he too unaware about it. I requested for replacement he taken some pics and told i will update over there but dont know what they do
