that is hard truth. shaadi ke time pe dahez lena nhi hai lekin divorce pe dahez dena jrur hai.

No experience and not a lawyer either. But I guess if children are given to wife husband has to pay sustenance irrespective of wether she is working or not

Case 1:

Cut that friend from your life. Forgive your wife. Give her a chance. I think everyone deserves a second chance. Men also go to prostitutes etc sometimes. And given the chance women can do the same. If it is occasional then judge will not accept it as cheating. Judges don't want to break anyone's marriage. Give her a chance. Spend some quality time with her. Communicate with her. Right! Life will be easy.

Case 2:

Divorce her. I hope you have sufficient proof. Then you don't have to pay a single dime as alimony. But in this route the case will get dragged upto a decade or more.

Case 3:

Divorce her. But pay her alimony in lumpsum and start a new life.

It may be hard to forgive, as OP is thinking in the line of opportunity for revenge although in a trivial way.

Even if wife slept with someone and you are not father of the child, you can't file a divorce on basis of that..rather having dna test , the man needs to prove he didn't had sex with the wife...I mean how to prove

I think this case is much different

Plaintiff is adding new info. But if the whole ground of the case is adultery then things would be different. Not a lawyer though but cant believe that law would be that discriminatory since most of our legislators are still men.
