Stay Away/Don't Rely on the Magicpin's delivery

As the title says, stay away from the unreliable delivery section of the Magicpin especially the food deliveries.
Today, in the evening around 07:30 PM I placed order with a restaurant in my town. The timer ticked for 10 minutes and eventually it got auto cancelled and I received the auto refund in the source payment method. Later, I placed another order with different restaurant it was accepted within 5 minutes and ETA of delivery was of 60 minutes i.e; 8:33 PM.
Waited patiently for 60 minutes but order didn’t got picked up within the ETA 60 minutes. After 70 minutes of waiting made the first complaint to Magicpin’s in app help support to which they replied they will speak with the merchant. To which, merchant marked the order as packed, the order was in same state till 11:22 PM, and suddenly around 11:30 PM it got dispatched with no rider details. It seem like the rider took it to his home for the dinner. No reply from Magicpin support after the first complaint.
Long story short, Magicpin may offer lots of discounts and stuff, but they are completely unreliable as a delivery service provider and have zero control over their merchants/delivery partners.

Thanks for asking bro. Yeah, already had dinner. Pizza was the back up plan for night cravings, but Magicpin had other plans 
it is best to use specialised websites for every purpose…..i.e for food…swiggy or zomato…very rare issues…

Discount on the restaurants through Magicpin were way above Swiggy/Zomato.
It was my first order through Magicpin. Not getting any details about the rider, just this.
For me it’s a mix of both
Some times it gots deliverered very smoothly, other times rider says i will not deliver due to personal reasons, rider phn is switched off, order accepted by mistake by merchant etc
It was my just first order with Magicpin, never tried grocery since we don’t have much stores on Magicpin for groceries.
Ordered 5 soups@30rs using first200 coupon… 
In which cities they are delivering?? (Rajasthan) Where to see?
