Stay in Goa for 2 weeks

I'm going for workcation with a colleague and it's my first time in Goa.

Someone who's a fellow Goan or even if you've contacts, can you please please help me out with a good property to stay in?

Mandatory :
- Kitchen should be setup well i.e. gas stove is a must (no induction please) along with necessary utensils to cook like pan, kadahi and a few more (most of the places only have plates, glasses, spoons and an electric kettle)
- Good internet connection (I'll be taking JioFi along with me but that won't suffice and I'll end up recharging every now and then)
- Decently furnished apartment for 2 people

Looking for stay in North Goa, will be renting a scooty, so, even if beach isn't at walkable distance, I'm okay with living 10-15 minutes away from beach if I travel on scooty.

Budget : not more than 14k (for 13 day stay)

Check in : Post 6 PM on 6 March
Check out : Post 4-6 PM on 18 March
