Since few days, my diet refuced all of a sudden.

While breakfast, I have 1 Roti. And then full day no hunger and if i eat something then I feel like overdiet

Could this be because of change in season? Or….

U should be proud of yourself
Bcz that’s what most one want ; eat less and no hungry feeling , less diet .
Here I am trying to eat only 1/2 roti to stay fit as I am getting healthy (Belly) but daily end up eating 5 rotis pensive

Eat indian gooseberry or eat Chyawanprash.

Coupled with proper sunlight (vit d) & milk 😀

15-20 minutes of moderate exercise in the morning or simply morning walk.

There is nothing to worry bro , I eat 7-8 rotis and on the other side I also do cycling and exercises for almost 2.5 to 3 hrs and I am fit , you can be fit by eating everything blush

You should consult a doctor about this and get thyroid tests (T3, T4, TSH) done.

Like Spidey says, also look for symptoms of hypothyroidism like feeling cold, constipation, hair hall, adding weight, etc

But the problem with me I am more like couch potato
No exercise or physical work
Just work and home
So was thinking to reduce diet and eat less but couldn’t succeed weary

This won’t help , this will create more health problems so you have to do exercise , just 45 minutes everyday is more than enough !

Have deep sleep of 7-8 hours at night time from 12 or 1AM.
Don’t eat junk food. Spend less time on mobile & TV.
