I purchased ₹799 Kaspersky Subscription from Amazon yesterday. But when tried redeeming the same, it showed as "the code is blocked".
Then I contacted both Amazon & Kaspersky.
Amazon Directly rejected that they could not help as they just handels the payment and they also mentioned only kaspersky can and will help.
The representative from Kaspersky first told me on chat that he will send me a new activation key on email after 5-10 minutes. And yes he emailed me but he mentioned that he could not provide me a new activation key but he escalated the issue to the respective higher authority and he also requested me to wait for 24-48 hrs.
And, it's more than 36 hrs.. No any response is received from Kaspersky. Such a ch***ya company.
