Strange issue with Oneplus Phone dialer

While receiving or disconnecting any call i always find Notification drawer open, have to swipe up to Receive or disconnect the call, its very annoying.
Anyone else faced similar issue or any suggestions.
Dialer - Google phone, colorsOs (Odialer), , happening with every dialer.

dont upgrade oneplus phone after 1 year of launch date. they provide faulty software update intentionally so that you buy newer oneplus phone. you can downgrade OS at oneplus service center for a fee of 500.
