Subsidy of Indane Gas

Can anyone help? i have transferred gas connection to other town and also name of gas connection owner has been changed. Now i want to know what is next step to get subsidy? Note- i have SBI bank account.
also check in SBI internet banking about linking for subsidy but i get error their

1. Aadhaar of New Gas connection owner should be linked with the gas connection in the gas agency.
2. New gas connection owner need to visit their bank branch and get their bank account seeded with aadhaar subsidy.
Until this is done, the user will not be getting any subsidy and have to get cylinders at non subsidised rates.
