Sudden email from digibank saying basic account

I have a full account with them, but suddenly got an email that I now have a basic account and will get additional benefits if I make it a full account. Also, the email had my correct UPI id. Not sure if this is some system error. Has anyone else also got?

Just checked my mail.. I also received this mail..
What does this mean? Any one has any idea??
Chatted with dbs support,it is a technical glitch so ignore the email.
make sure the postal address as per your Adhaar is situated in a city where DBS has a branch
True with one exception,it does not apply to cities bordering Delhi like Ghaziabad. Even before dbs opened new branches recently in Gurgaon & Noida,these cities along with Ghaziabad were considered under Delhi branch so any Aadhaar address with these cities would/still work irrespective of branches presence in these cities(now only Ghaziabad left though,not sure about Faridabad but in my opinion it should also work under gurgaon branch now may be).
my DBS account blocked due to many login attempt what is the cc number ?
No cc number as such,you can chat with dbs support even without login I believe. You can also file an online complaint using their contact us page & give your mobile number for their call back.
Ok received new email saying old one was sent by mistake. Seems they read DD.
