reduce sugar consumption. Stop all gym supplements containing sucralose. Stop all fizzy drinks like coca-cola (Make it difficult for the fungus to find food on you.). Increase consumption of pro-biotic supplements like pro-biotic dahi (makes it difficult for other organisms to find the space to live ).

Fungal  infection  medicines  are  costly  even  then doctors  and  patients  exploit and misuse  those  medicine  inappropriately  and  thatswhy  fungus  are becoming more and  more stubborn and  hard  to treat  and new high potency meds have to be prescribed.

Now that you laughed about the name, it reminded me of another thing. I used to apply this hair oil for stopping premature hair greying. See 🤣

Switch to trunks or boxer. If you live in an area with higher humidity/temperature, consider making minor changes in your diet like less spicy foods.

To Remove traces of infection, Try mycoderm powder on full body

The same many of them reported.

Check with dermatology and use that at least 2-3 months. And sure it will come back for that start to use mens intimate wash.

This solution is based on my personal experience

First of all, get a second, third or even fourth opinion from doctors. Because in my case, I was trying anti fungal medicines/ointments for six years, had consulted multiple dermatologists, before a sane one told me that it's not a fungal infection. She said it was a rare skin condition, and there's no cure for it. I did a bit of research and it indeed is a rare condition, so I just apply vitamin d ointment when it shows up. So I'll repeat this again. Consult with multiple dermatologists.

It's okay! Just use a small quantity and see if there is any skin reaction. There are a lot of YouTubers who post various remedies for different skin infections.

For example, search for 'Luliconazole' website such as WebMD, and so on will find a lot of information

Don't try anything that has herbal ingredient, in this case

Consult dermatologist to differentiate between fungal or bacterial infection versus dermatitis or eczema as all these can have similar symptoms. Don't try anything on your own, as herbal or allopathy ointments or chemical washes or trimmer blades or unknown mositurisers or anything can cause dermatitis and itching.

When I exercise & sweat a lot, my serratus anterior part develop rashes, chafing and this works like magic. I even put a drop behind my knees or underarms when I remember. It's nice. It works good on skin, never tried for dandruff.

Dandruff is (mostly) due to a Fungus! Hence the widespread use of Ketoconazole (antifungal) shampoo. And luliconazole is a more effective antifungal than ketoconazole.

Best!

This is a new age medicine .

First step is to try Flucanazole  tab  twice a week  +  miconazol cream and ketaconazole soap  .

If Persist than   Itraconazole  tab daily till prescribed  course + cream + soap .

Sometimes  maintainance  course is to be taken for 2 - 3 or 6 months depending on infection.

Lulicanozole  or  Varicanzole  (spelling mistake sorry ) are prescribed when above medicine don't  work.

Dont  directly jump to lullicanazole.

Complete the entire  corse.

Fungal infections  are stubborm and takes time to recover  and also 95 % chances of bounce back in favourable condition of moisture  and humidity and hygiene issues.

Keep youself dry in all joint  body parts .armpit , neck ,throat, breast , groim ,knee  back , foot joint, and betweem fingers
