Orient or Usha fans are usually long lasting, you might get a better deal from local stores. But in case you ever plan to go crazy on a fan “Orient Electric Aeroslim 1200mm” is the dream fan. laughing laughing

Increase your budget, Atomberg gorilla energy saving fan, you will save 1/3 on light bill. The extra cost will get recovered soon.

Havell Pacer, 1200mm. Been using for over 6 years. Excellent air delivery, no extra noise

Yes agree with you

Changed room fans from regular 80w to the 32w bldc superfan.

Bldc at speed 1 uses 4w as per govt reports against 80w of regular fan at speed 1.

Huge cut in electricity bill.

Gorilla energy fans look boring. So bought superfan in different colours fir different rooms.

If mobile has IR blaster don’t need a remote.

Anxiously waiting for Alexa enabled fans might be launched by Christmas.

I hear the air delivery of bldc fans is low compared to a conventional 1200mm fan. Is that true

No. it depends on design of blade because to save cost people would buy a 900mm instead of 1100 or 1440mm fan blade 2hich will give less air.

Even if accepting your argument switch from speed 2 to speed 3 the wattage usage increases from 12 to 20w but that’s still 1/3rd of 80watts of conventional fan so still saving cost in 12 hours of usage per day.

Thanks for heads up. It comes around 7k. I never knew that a ceiling fan sells for this much price. A big no.

We have a Polar and Khaitan fan at home both over 40 yr old. Still working like new without slightest issue. They were bought even before I was born and will probably last long after I’m dead. Lol
