Sorry I don't have any merchant account. So I am clueless here.
We are using PhonePe Merchant QR for around 1 year.
2 months ago, An agent visited us again and told that Soundbox is offered to us without any monthly payments.
I told my father not to believe it as they do it just for achieving targets and they will surely levy a monthly charge.
But the agent gave his phone number and promised that if monthly charges are deducted, he will take back the soundbox.
It has been 2 month already and monthly charges are not being deducted. I checked the bank statement also. In the PhonePe App, it shows just Rs.1 has been deducted each month as rent for the past 2 months
And regarding the settlement issues you have mentioned, we have never faced even a single late payment since beginning. Everyday's payment is correctly settled within nextday afternoon.

Same in my case as well ... The agent said it's free for 2 months and after that if we receive 20 payments in a month we just have to pay 1 or 2 rupees that's it no extra charge....and it's been 8 months already... experience is smooth
