Suggest best 32 inch smart/non-smart TV

Hello Dimers,
I’m looking for a good 32 inch TV, it doesn’t matter if it is smart or non-smart TV. The only requirement is quality (picture, sound, warranty, etc).
Also i’ve heard that smart TV are slow in loading/starting, RAM (1gb) & ROM (8gb) are less, OS issue and gets damaged within 1-2 year.
Allover 32 inch smart TV are not that good compare to non-smart TV; Where non-smart TV gives allover better performance and quality using firestick/smart-box.
So, all dimers please help me to find the good 32 inch smart/non-smart TV and also mention if there are any offers online/offline during this festival season.

As I don’t know, does fire TV stick works well for streaming media, games, any other features of smart TVs???
I’ve also heard about smart-box of mi, which is better fire TV stick or any other smart-box (mi, Airtel, etc)
Same.looking for non smart tv as already had fire tv stick. Guys please suggest
