Axis IOCL RuPay CC (LTF).
Try HDFC Regalia, Moneyback+, IndianOIL, TATA Neu, Freedom New credit cards on RuPay and also get rewards point/neu coins on RuPay credit card link UPI spend.
Note - If you already have any LTF HDFC cards then conversion to same variant card on RuPay and your card remain LTF.
HDFC also give 2nd credit card, Tata Neu credit card on RuPay variant.
PNB bank RuPay Platinum CC (just use 1 time per quarterly and card remain LTF), also link with UPI.
FD based paisabazaar RuPay credit card.
SBI Card also have BPCL, IRCTC, SimplySAVE RuPay CC but chargeable.
ICICI Coral RuPay CC (select customer eligible for LTF)

No drawback, Just remember RuPay card is good for domestic transactions only.
International acceptance is limited.
you will also get rewards point on RuPay Regalia card spend through UPI.
Pay any other banks credit card bill via Amazon using your RuPay Regalia linked UPI and get rewards points, milestone benefit etc.
