Suggest cheap monitor with height adjustment

I have never ever bought a monitor in my life. I have a laptop with missing screen (only bottom part of laptop is there). I want to use laptop with a monitor and want to spend less money on buying a monitor.
Height adjusting is needed because I intend to keep the height of screen lower so I don’t have ton keep moving my head up and down when typing and looking at screen. Sort of like how a laptop screen is usually placed.

Any suggestions from experienced dimers?
