Suggest me a good quality TWS to use with iPhone (don't want airpods)

Need to buy a good quality TWS for wife to be used with her iPhone X. We are not interested in Airpods due to their huge cost. But still want from a good brand and would still like to have a stem like airpods (not for show off, just that the stem makes it easier to remove and put back).

I am checking DD for earlier deals to see what people discussed but would greatly appreciate if expert dimers can pitch in with their suggestions.

It would be nice if you could highlight if an offer exists on those.

Main requirement for her is watching tv shows In her phone and talking to people over phone / whatsapp calls.
