Hi Guys, please suggest which amoled mobile to purchase for parents under 12k. Confused between realme8 and motog31 4gb/64gb. Only going to do normal tasks, no gaming.

Redmi Note 10 Pro for a little extra. I strongly dislike MIUI (or any ROM by Chinese OEMs) although I haven’t used it for any significant length of time over the years. In any case best to avoid devices with just 4GB RAM. With A11+ even basic tasks could take a hit in the future. For near stock Android Moto G40 Fusion.
Easy to use UI
And good battery life
Go with Moto
Motorola with near stock OS
I bought Moto 40 for my Dad; he has no complaints but every time I use I feel the lag and even Truecaller feels buggy.
Ordered realme 8, he was using old mi phone. I hope realme 8 ui is good?
I hope the long standing issues with Airtel (and perhaps Vi) VoLTE have been resolved by now.
Moto is better.
There is a risk in buying these chinese OEM’s they can give ads in UI in future updates even if there isn’t any now.
