I got your point..Haier design might be simple but it's a feature rich refrigerator..the Samsung model though looks good but lacks many features for example freezer cannot be converted to normal freeze or switched off...if I look for convertible option price willl be high 
Any suggestions for single door then?
don't go for it. Double door is always better. Frosting is a big problem in single door. The freezer freezes frequently and you will end up with a broken sooner or later. You will have to manually defrost the fridge regularly.

In my home , we are using single door in a different way..we turn off the fridge during night and turn it on early morning everyday
Old fridge lasted for 15 years with this process!
