If for the long term, Nothing has promised 3 major Android upgrades + 4 yrs of security updates, and with stock ROM, clean software experience if that's something you prefer

Realme has the Realme 10 Pro Plus (Best display, good battery life and fast charging)
Redmi has Redmi Note 12 Pro (Great Camera setup, good display, good battery life and fast charging)
But both of these phones are not the best when it comes to performance. Also, Redmi phones generally have issues with their MIUI or motherboard within a year. Moreover, the RN 12 Pro comes with Android 12 and will get updates till Android 14 only.
The Realme 10 Pro Plus will get updates till Android 15, and its UI is smooth but it shows many unwanted ads, which can be a bit irritating. And, its camera setup is okaish.
