He is asking for ₹400/per pillow, ₹1200 for 4. On internet when I was searching there were cheap options too but not sure what they are filled with. We used to use cotton home made pillows this many years but they got very flat these days, is recron good should we get them.

Don’t go by recron if you’re not ready for 2-4 months of comfort difference. It took me almost 6 months to get comfortable with recron pillows. They are so soft and goes deep while you put your head for sleep. 

Get 1-2 recron pillows first, try and than decide. Meanwhile, these old cotton pillows can get cleanup, add more cotton and cloth changed from the local shops.
