Suggest which bank home loan is good. If anyone took recently share your experiences and suggest good bank

LIC housing finance also giving at good rate..may be checked
Personal exp, dont go with lichf (they dont change interest rates without re-writing and charging, no matter even if banking rates go down),
better to go with banks like sbi, hdfc, icici
sbi or bob
I has loan from uco bank . Home loan
1. SBI
2. BoB
2. Kotak(They offer 70% as term loan and 30% as overdraft, balance maintained in saving account helps reduce interest from overdraft account. very similar to how SBI/BOB does)
4. Your salary account Bank(or bank where you have long relationship)- bit less documentation
you will have to check with multiple banks, and compare emi and terms..
there is no such formula to check better bank for loans…
Check out Axis Shubharambh Home loan
Never go for Axis. They wont reduce interest properly.
Also dont even think of LIC housing finance
SBi , no hidden charges
Avoid ICICI – the most incompetent bank 
Take with OD limit if you have regular salary income
like SBI Maxgain, BOB Baroda Home Loan Advantage etc
Documentation will be cumbersome compared to private bank loans, but that will be one time and it will be in your favour
