suggestion for buying an tablet with pencil for studying

Go for ipad (30k one..) and this pencil; using both these from past one year and it's great!

Rather than buying an overpriced iPad and a mediocre pencil, get a used Samsung Tab S6 Lite off OLX. Should be able to find one around 15k - 20k. Comes with a great S Pen in the box, has full features like tilt and pressure sensitivity that's comparable to the Apple Pencil.

iPad 9th gen at 27k (further if you claim GST) + pencil above mentioned. Nothing can beat this. Totally avoid any android tablet in your range.

Two years back I decided to purchase samsung tablet with s pen instead of ipad because of in-built options available for annotation / screenshot / copy / paste / clipboard  features. At that time one has to buy app for clipboard feature in ipad (i don't know current ipad features).

OP, watch few review features before you decide. Make a list of features you need and check if those features are in built. Otherwise you will have to pay for apps. Samsung tabs have in built pdf annotation feature, very useful for students. Check if thats available in ipads.
