suggestion for portals to buy/invest in mutual funds

Until now I’m investing via a broker, now redeemed all units with a plan to invest directly. The selection of funds are taken care, it’s just that a suggestion for platform is what I’m looking for. I see there are plenty available in market like karvy, kuvera, groww etc

I’m also wanted to invest in some stocks just for experience/experimenting.

Although purchase via AMC doesn’t make any difference, I’m looking for a portal where I can get one consolidated view and market analysis.

Please comment your suggestions, and if any pro/con side you experienced/observed from your usage/perspective.

Thanks in advance!

Buy directly from AMC; view all under a dual umbrella using MyCams and KFinkart

@andromeda
What do you mean by “The selection of funds are taken care,” ?
how are you selecting ?. If anyone else doing it, with what logic ?

Any portfolio Manager will be able to maintain, you have to enter the details manually…

I think Axis and Aditya Birla money provides this… All your holdings in one snapshot view..

Not sure about the new discount brokers…

Why you want to invest from platform? Any specific reason?

I used to invest via Mfu Online. It’s one of the best platform with almost all fund houses. Flexibility to control all investment from single dashboard and direct schemes only, no charges. But not that user friendly at start .

I have tried ETMoney as well.. It’s more user friendly but I still prefer MFu over it.

But after all this , now switched permanently to zerodha coin
Advantages over platform
- Mutual funds directly credited to demat
- Single platform for stock as well as mf
- Has direct mf and no fees similar to other platforms (it had before now completely free)

So I think it’s best to invest via coin. If u don’t have account I can guide u to make one.

How is Coin by Zerodha for MF investments?

I think only problem is they store in demat form.

Good if you also want to invest in stocks. No other good reason

https://www.mfuindi...m/ is the best way to invest.(all MF under single roof no non-sense platform)

Regarding Market analysis…most portal which allows investment provide biased opinions (as they get commissions/cut/marketing money)..so dont mix this two things ..do bit of your own research via lot of free websites

Monthly consolidated view is available via NSDL CAS

Do not invest mutual funds from other than Grow, Zerodha, Upstock, CAMS. ClearTax and other portal auto fetch transaction for capitals gains calculation for above platforms. I personally use CAMS for mutual fund & Zerodha for stock for security reasons, keep them separate. And don’t invest in funds not supported by CAMS. Otherwise you may have to manually enter all transactions for Capital Gains calculation, Ex- Franklin MF. Buying time you’ll not face problems, only selling time’ you’ll face problems for capitals gains calculation for ITR.
