Need a sturdy mixer grinder to grind poppy seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds etc without loosing vitamins/minerals in it.

For dry grinding, sujata is pretty good and so is preeti. Have had good experience with sumeet(sister concern of sujata 20 odd years back, then switched to to sujata and just once it needed spare replacement in these many years)
