Has anybody ordered from reliancedigital online? How was your order experience? Is it trustable or shall I just skip it & go with az-fk as usual..?

Any take on returns & refunds?. & do they send display piece instead of new one.?
Am a bit confused & hesitant to order on that site after seeing numerous stars for their app on playstore(all r 1 🌟).

Not used RD, but used JioMart, pathetic service in 2020 lockdown. After placing prepaid order, automatic order rescheduled, if cancelled by you, refund not credited, months of follow-up over helpline to get refund. And COD orders may or may not be delivered. And yes, most items OOS.
Using Grofers Bigbasket since then. Please check my other post on online grocery shopping in COVID Lockdown. Please share your experiences over there to help people.
