13k is too low to give you unsecured loan. better to mortgage your home and take loan from bank..
3% is too much,,close that asap.

why don’t you take benefit of pmay or the state govt’s biju paka ghar yojana,.

Try making some good video content and create your own YouTube channel.. Put efforts in monetizing your YouTube channel.. This can help you get some additional income.

Sorry to ask but if you give some proof for your condition.

Red Flags
1. You are doing both B.COM and Job for a visually impared person?

3. B. Com student taking loan to create ghar and locals give loan, Too suspicious to be true.

You can share your problem with your employer try to convince him if he increases your salary by 500 it is also good  if you get some time left you can give tution to your neighbourhood children’s .

Try for some central/state govt housing scheme, worst case scenario you will have to pay some bribe but even that will be less than what you would pay eventually at a 3% monthly interest loan for over a year.
