I want to purchase a new DTH HD connection need suggestion regarding packs and customer service of different operator u r using.

Sideload apk in ur tv n watch live channels via wifi if that’s possible for you…
Dishtv channels have 30 days lock in period. You cant change a channel with in 30 days. Only bouquets can be changed number of times.. new channels addition will be first done on airtel and Tata sky. Dishtv is worst in new channel addition..
I m using Dishtv hd. Earlier was using tata sky hd. I switched because tata sky was way too higher in price. Both are good but if available at same rate go for tata sky…
If you have wifi or good speed+data pack, consider buying a firestick instead. And in case you already have a smart tv, then why bother about dth? Instead get wifi.

Yes. Using for 1.5 yr. Picture quality quite okishh. I think Tata sky picture quality is better though I didn’t experience personally. After new trai guidelines package cost increase quite a lot. I think Tata sky pack little more expensive than dish TV

As long as both(Tv and settop box) have rca jack it will work just fine.

Yes.. that’s why I’m asking whether these HD settop boxes have rca Jack or only HDMI…Old CRT TVs have RCA jacks only…
P.S. Although the CRT TVs are capable of running SD content only…but as for now I just want some connection…maybe will buy new tv in a month or two…

Yes…but nobody watches TV these days…I only want them for my parents…they don’t want to get into the hassle of watching over internet!

Drop your crt TV asap. It consumes too much energy.
