Help regarding Ali Express 11.11 sale

I have recently moved in to a new apartment in Bangalore
And have not received any Ali Express orders yet ( 2 orders pending for 35 days as of today)
Should I buy from tomorrow’s sale or wait the delivery of old orders?
Bangalorians – Are you guys getting your Ali Express orders delivered…?
(Atleast 70% delivery rates is a good number I guess)
