Suggestions for bribing to flipkart delivery boy for exchanging phone

I have ordered Poco x3 and I am exchanging Realme C1 of 3450 Rs in exchange. The phone has fallen from almirah once so it got slightly bent, and there are some cracks in side also and display was broken also but I make it change from local repair shop. Now phone is working fine. I dont have original charger also. So flipkart delivery boy will exchange it or reject it? Can I bribe if he rejects exchange( 
). Kindly suggest me and share ur experience if u have given bribe to delivery boy for exchanging. Thanks in advance

Previously they used to take bribe as Fk would take the loss , now any loss is directly transferred to delivery boys so they wont do it

They would not accept it. If the phone is in bad condition then delivery boy is made to pay for that phone. And they won’t accept any bribe unless the bribe is more than the exchange price 
I heard that they take some money so asked for exchanging if phone has some minor defects may be they have stopped now.
Flipkart needs to be appointed as top politician to get bribe free country 
Bcoz flipkart is strict officer.. the testimonial of people’s whose fkart account got blocked for just tagging in twitter is a big proof for it.
If body is bent then delivery boy will reject the exchange. But if everything is okay okay like minor scratches on back, or damaged screen gaurd (not main screen) it will work. And for exchange offer you just need mobile phone , no charger or charging cable or mobile box is required just the PHONE is what they need.

Here is another idea. Once amazon delivery rep rejected my exchange for a minor crack. I said to cancel the delivery and return back the item.
Following is the conversation after that
Delivery guy: Sir, what will you do with the old phone?
Me: Put it on olx or sell to some mobile shop guy.
Delivery guy: Sir, give it to me if you don’t mind and I will pay you whatever amazon offered for exchange.
Me: Took the deal, exchanged for real cash, and then ordered the phone again with full bank discount this time.
Test your luck.
But my phone is of 2gb ram and 16gb variant so no one will take it at 3450

Flipkart new policy allows exchange any phone in any condition The only term is the phone must gets swithced on for 30 seconds without connecting to charger.

Better try to sell on cashify and pay the rest amount at the time of delivery
Phone exchange is not good in flipkart
for small 1-2 scratches, they reduced 1000 when I tried few months ago
