Suggestions for new bicycle

Until now the specifications you've mentioned, check out Firefox Prisa once. It's a hybrid bike, mudguards, carrier add-on etc are additional accessories, that should fit any bike.

Also, have a look at Decathlon's Riverside range of hybrid bikes.

I don't want hybrid bike....I need a simple cycle. Any recommendations from Atlas or Hero brand?

U can get original from decathlon or third party from market

Goto your local cycle shop and buy one of those black cycles which come with features you want.

Hybrid bikes have tire width lesser than MTB bikes and greater than road bikes (racing ones). That's why suggested hybrid bike as per description mentioned by you.

Local shop is the best bet for you, look out for yourself and make an informed choice.

I'm sensing your budget is below 10k, if you can, do try Firefox Prisa, that's a very good single speed hybrid bike.

Most ppl I know here have onecard issued by Federal bank which I don't think will work for this offer.

Very few use Federal Bank's own credit card just like many other small banks credit cards. See if you can get amazon GVs at some discount using offers/coupons. There is also millennia credit card(5% cb up to 1000 per month) & amazonpay card(5% unlimited cb).
