You should probably replace motor with fan(blades). Bare motor-> no noise

silent fans won’t deliver air properly.. BLDC type fans are somewhat silent when compared to traditional fans where there are some humming noise produced. Try for it once as it also reduces electric bills but initial purchase cost will be high.
