Suggestions needed for 35k reward points redemption

I have hdfc regalia credit card with 35k points accumulated. Please help me suggest the best way to get worth from these points. I would LOVE if i can get these to convert to cash or amazon gv with 1point=1rupee.
Is there a way to upgrade my account/card so that my points are worth more than 0.2/0.33 rupees?
Any help and knowledge appreciated.

Check your redeem rewards section from hdfc netbanking. Best I get on my regalia is 300 pts = 100 ₹ . Amazon gift voucher is probably 666 pts = 100 ₹.
Once upon a time these points were worth 2:1. I remember to transfer all points to my tatasky account when this devaluation happened.
Also when you upgrade your card the points generally are devalued accordingly, won’t help if upgraded.
You can use dedicated portal for regalia card instead of redeeming through net banking. There 1 RP ~ Rs 0.35 if redeemed for Amazon GV. There will be redemption fees of Rs 99+GST for each redemption though. Below is the link

1 point = 1 rupee.. credit card does work as per your expectation. Read fine print which comes with every credit card
