Suggestions needed for android phone

Please suggest phone having following requirements -
1) able to click good selfies
2) has VoWifi technology
3) should not hang after having many pics stored on it
4) budget 10-15k, can go bit higher if there is no phone meeting the requirements
I am bit out of sorts over phone launches over past 3-4 years so dont know anything about current models
