Hi, dimers,
I am looking for a 5.1 Good Home Theatre/Soundbar System. My budget range is 15k-20k. Any Suggestion Would Be Appreciated!

Not many True 5.1 options @ ~20k but lets see
1. Sony HT-IV300
2. Sony HT-RT40 / RT3
3. Sony HT-S20R 5.1

All the above three come with HDMI-ARC port, Analog and Optical inputs, i would prefer HT-IV300 (even though it is outdated).. why?
1. Varied audio format support
( Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS, DTS HD-MA )
2. Dolby ProLogic ( Converts/Upmixes stereo surround to 5.1 )
3. Video Playback via USB
( Can Passthrough 4K but doesn’t support HEVC)
4. Screen Mirroring

RT40/RT3 are both identical, except that RT40 has got two tower speakers (Front R+L) instead of the regular ones
& only supports dolby digital format (ac3)..so it transcodes every audio format your TV supports into Dolby Digital
+ No Video Playback via USB
But unlike HT-IV300, these both have SUB/BASS control option

Sony HT-S20R is also similar to the above two in terms of specs.. just a cheap/lower end variant (~12k w/ bank offers)

If you can spend about 10k more, there is Yamaha YHT-1840.. it has both DolbyTrueHD & DTS-HDMA support but no USB Support

Around 40k, JBL Bar 5.1

Also.. one important aspect you need to consider before getting a surround system is the device which you are going to use to play media
If it is your TV, then it should have ARC/Optical port for 5.1 surround
If you want to passthrough DolbyTrueHD/Atmos, then it should be eARC

Say.. you got a TV with just an ARC port, then DolbyTrueHD/Atmos might not work and there will be audio delays / unsupported errors with DTS/DTS-HDMA Passthrough
The only way to fix this (instead of replacing tv) is to get an Android Box that comes with an eARC port and support for Lossless formats (like Nvidia Shield) or the A/V receiver itself if the USB port supports video playback (like Sony HT-IV300)
