Couple of years back, One of FK’s wishmaster declined to accept my phone citing a small dent in an otherwise well maintained phone. The guy wouldn’t settle for anything less than a brand new phone. I was pissed because I lost a good offer. Back then there was no option to pay cash if wish masters were not kind enough to accept your device. Long story short, I gave FK a real hard time on twitter. They did eventually offer me an acceptable solution.

So if you have any plans to exchange your phone at FK, don’t even bother about trying.
