I wanted to buy a Bluetooth speaker with mic to attend my office calls. Some times my calls will schedule for 3 hours.

My budget is around 5k.

You might get a shock but buy an Amazon Echo dot. It will do the work better and give you more than ordinary bluetooth speaker.
It doesnt have a battery that fine because you don’t need it either.

I’ve used Clip 2/3 and Flip 3 BT Speakers for attending calls and they’re decent

I used usb wired version of this https://www.amazon.in/JABRA-Speak-Bluetooth-Spe... and it is fantastic
Although, it doesn’t fit in your budget, just sharing here in case anyone may be interested.
