Supr Daily Worst Support.. Can anyone share B2G2 cashback amount screenshot

Yesterday I applied the promo code B2G2 on Supr daily it was showing cashback amount as 500. I applied ICICI150 and added 1000 got 150 credits. Now when I apply B2G2 code then it shows 350 cashback amount.
When contacted customer care they ask for 500 cashback screenshot. Also they cant even calculate according to the terms and conditions of the offer. I am trying to buy 45 rs packet of milk for 60 deliveries.
If anyone has the offer displayed in the app please share the screenshot if it shows 500 as cashback amount.

Supr Daily won’t honor anything even if you provide screenshot. They will simply say we will look into this and will not do anything. Their support is the worst.

True…Really worst support.
Yesterday I got a refund for certain issue, today they expired 50 Rs from that refund and when asked they said…Those Supr Credits had today’s date expiry.
I had already burnt those Supr Credits, but due to certain issue I asked and got the refund, and now this issue..

Cc simply reluctant to cooperate and say that that’s how the policy is…LoL.
