Surrendered Axis Credit card Bank not giving NOC

Surrendered my useless FD based secured card which was converted to unsecured
Everything was done , but Axis is not giving NOC/NLC
Any one knows how to approach this ?
Without Noc these chutiyas will claim some amt due in 5-7 years.

NOC is required only if you wish to close/modify some details for the card in cibil report. Also if you think getting cibil involved is just an extra step to get NOC then good luck.

Why did you surrender your axis card which was converted into unsecured. It must non-rewarding card, I guess.

It was LTF too 
- Wont be using it as already have ace
- Card was leaked in recent mobikwik data breach
- Useless rewards 4 EP per 200 , 1 EP = 20 paise . Redemption portal has no good
rewards .
