Indian food delivery giant Swiggy is acquiring Dineout for $200 million
Hope they don’t close Dineout but bring some good partnership offers.
This has been discussed earlier here. They were in the talks for sometime. As a first impact, dineout has already stopped giving promocash. Also, someone shared integration of dineout inside swiggy, may be as a trial run.
Hopefully they don’t shut it down and bring to more cities. Maybe a section in their app itself, like zomato’s dining.
