Not the first time they delivered with problems and wrong items but this is Pizza Hut Pan Supreme.. All I see is mostly dough. Super Swiggy delivery..
Takling to CC he offered less than half as a coupon. I said no thanks and threw it in the trash and to delete my account. At least I would save money in the long run as this was getting to be a real habit and expensive. No replacement or pickup to get rid of this.

Why throw it when you can donate to some poor or homeless? 
happened with me many times, they want our money but don’t want to take any responsibility. From last month, they have strict no cancelation, no refund or replacement policy.

They wont deliver.. Cancelled order over 3 times now. But when they did deliver last year it was fine. It is also much cheaper than pizzahut.

Yep swiggy doesn’t take any responsibility and offers 25 rs coupon for any matter, that coupon is of no use.
sometimes they are unable to process coupons and refund and if paid through APAY offer of 30 cashback then that refund gets adjusted in that only
I think this is mistake from delivery partner side. I guess he didn’t handle food properly.
Am I the only one who doesn’t like the taste of “pizza hut” pizzas? I personally love Domino’s pizza more than pizza hut.

On the contrary swiggy cc is one of the best. Last week my ice cream came looking somewhat like this and cc offered full refund immediately. No questions asked. Maybe yours is a one off case.
You got pizza atleast, sometimes they even mark fake delivery.
Totally irresponsible staff, they only care for salary, that’s all. Their thinking is like if something happens then customer care to h hi.
Found out my twitter account is suspended.. Never made a single tweet from it.. And no way to unlock it. I dont use any of them as they are just data mining companies. So signed up with my friends account and left messages to pizzahut and swiggy..
They wont do anything other than to write to them at customer care like they all do as policy. Not to fix anything.. But they got to do that to keep with T&C of the online services to show they answered the complaint.
Now what will u do!?

Never contact swiggy cc through app. Contact them through twitter first only. If wrong food is delivered then first select food delivered but got wrong item. You will get replacement. Happened with me twice
Thats why i only eat no toppings margarita pizza only. 
Also please dont waste food, my heart broke when i saw that pizza on trash. I would have eaten it any way if they did not provided replacement. 
You would eat food that was dropped? You never know what happened to it.
I have heard some real horror stories on food deliveries when I was in college since many of us worked part-time at many places to make extra money. I wont post the details but I am very careful and particular and do not like to do it unless there is no easy choice. You would throw up if you knew.
This box was damaged and half open. but I did not look carefully for anything else. He came pretty quick.. Was supposed to be 45 mins but arrived in under 20 mins.

yuk that looks far worse than the one I got. Since I was not sure I threw away mine. Did not want to take a chance on it. If it was sealed I would not care so much..
But they also charged me like rs60 on packing and 25 for delivery on top of it all.. Thats what pissed me off and then offering a 200 coupon on a 600 pizza was insulting, like I was a dog and would eat scraps from floor or something.
We have had pretty much all chains close up here for violations.. But next year they are back again.. But some we just dont order from like subway.. they found worms in the sandwiches..
These chains have so much money that they bribe the big guys and get them reopened even when the inspectors close them down. Pretty bad to get a dead rat in your chicken..
Even i dont like pizza its not worth eating bread with little veg or non veg. U can have ample amount of veggie or non veg with same money
