Chargeback if you paid via cc. Not worth the time though
Swiggy denied to give compensation for missing items

I reported an item missing in my order to swiggy customer care but they denied my claim saying that they can’t substantiate my claim. I feel bit frustrated because of their response. Is there anyway to complain them to higher authorities or consumer court. Is that worth the time??

This chargeback thing is really good. Once McDonald delivered my order after 5 hours and they were unreachable throughout. No customer care available. So, I raised chargeback after 2 hours. Got full refund in a week.
How many orders have you placed in last 30 days and for how many of them did you raise complaint for (any sort)?

Search for INGRAM and file a consumer complaint. Did it 10 days ago and got my money 7 days ago.

thanks, but the helpline number 1800-11-4000 when dailed says check your number. I wanted complain about mobikwik fraudulent trasaction of 1100

Mine was Citi card. Just called customer care and told food is not delivered and they are unreachable. They took the request and told that currently it is not settled. Once it is settled, they raised dispute immediately. And gave a temporary credit within 2-3 days. After 7-10 days dispute was closed in my favour.
I stopped ordering from Swiggy from last month when they delivered wrong item. When I complained them on app after opening the package they asked me to upload pictures.
After uploading pictures they sent me a message that they would reply me within six hours that too on email. Then in email they wrote they couldn’t substantiate my claim and asked me to rate restaurant on app and refused to make refund.
When I raised it on twitter got the same reply.
So I have stopped ordering from Swiggy since than.
They have become pathetic in customer support no option of calling no option of raising dispute again so why should I pay them to eat food of their choice.

Same happened with me i don’t know what they are upto, earlier Zomato was behaving like this.now the employees in swiggy who picks call seems to be people.from rural area the way they speak English and no supervision.
Swiggys customer service (especially chat) is so poor that they will take 20-30 mins to understand the issue properly and then eventually asked me to email to their support team because the chat team was not authorised to take any action.
Zomato now has an option to get a call from the associate within a minute or two. I found that a lot better.

something similar happened to me recently and I’ve mailed their escalation team telling them that it’s the last chance for them to correct their mistake before I initiate necessary consumer grievance redressal mechanisms. They said they’ll look into the issue and have refunded the amount for the missing items. Since then, I started making video and began demanding the delivery guy open the plastic tag and arrange the items according to the receipt pinned to the bag.
