I once tried using it, it kept getting postponed every 10 mins. Finally cancelled after 30-40 mins and booked dunzo.

well unlucky you, I was using genie a lot for short trips. My relatives (college kids) live alone around 4-5km away from me and I used to send them dinner when the cook is on leave.Now, I’ve to check out other options
Uber also provide this service but the MF cheap delivery boys blackmail you to deliver
ex: ordered pickup of food from my place to my relatives, Uber showed 60-70₹ as delivery. That guy specifically called asking it’s low, if you pay ₹100 I’ll deliver. So I told him Uber charging me 70₹, take ₹30 cash and deliver it.
That guy standing at the location marked as delivered and than send me screenshot that Uber paid him only ₹36-38 with their own margin and please pay the difference. So I had to again pay him again ₹40 bucks to deliver my packed food to kids.
in short: paid 60-70 to uber, paid 30₹ cash to delivery guy and than paid another ₹40 as paytm to settle ₹100+. I never in my life will use Uber.
So Swiggy was a blessing for me.
