the same happened to my room mate recently & upon lodging a complaint, Swiggy replaced the same order from restaurant again. nothing big but this whole process involves a bit of headache with the delivery rep & then customer care & obviously hunger since the it took a good 2-3hrs for the entire fiasco to end. All in all its not a pleasant dinner for him!!

For such delivery boys, complaint with twisted facts like delivery boy tried to deliver you tempered parcel with half food eaten, so you refused and on this he got angry and marked it delivered, also misbehaved with you. There are many other ways which will make this case bigger than it is, ese nhi sudharte ye Log.
Also ask them not only to refund you but also take action and call you back after investigation.

Once when I ordered a pizza it showed he was at the restaurant and picking it up but then he went half way into a dead end street and into a building and stayed there.. 30 mins later I was ready to do something but did not know what.. I knew the guy and his friends were watching TV and eating my pizza.. but 10 mins later another guy showed up with the pizza.. So it looked like they notice things like that and arrange alternatives. It was a little later but after delivery it popped up a notice as Delivered.. The other guy was still in his friends place finishing up the rest of the pizza.. I wish swiggy made it easier to contact CC.. Even the address on google maps is slightly off.. it shows as a few houses over and I have to always correct it with the name instead of GPS.
