Swiggy hdfc on 1mg eligible only 1% cashback

Recently made direct payments for medicine order on 1mg direct website it won't fetch 5 % category kindly some one help me should I approach hdfc as they advertisiled or messed up only.

As flipkart axis not giving 4% cashback on tata play similar hdfc swiggy doing here.

I Think Mcc Category Defined By 1mg Based On Products In Ur Cart.

For Example :: I Purchased Accessories On Samsung Official Site Fetched 1% Cashback , And Purchased Samsung Tablet On Samsung Official Site Fetched 5% Cashback.
