Swiggy processed refund but the amount not received in my bank. Payment mode UPI.

On 13-01-2021, swiggy processed refund but the refund amount has not been reflected in my bank. If swiggy has refunded, the same should have been reflected to my Paytm passbook since the payment was made by PAYTM UPI. I should expect refund 2-4 day maximum. As per my bank cc , no refund has been received or any pending money to be credited to my account & suggested me to contact the merchant regarding it. I multiple times contacted swiggy, they are just repeating copy-paste. If I don’t receive refund, what options should I left as the merchant has not taking action of my concern just telling me check with your bank regarding refund.

Ask swiggy utr number (unique transaction reference) … With that u have to call bank customer care to know about refund status.

Even Im facing the same issue with swiggy,even I called to my bank customer care then are saying that you haven't recieved any refund from swiggy but in swiggy there are showing it as refund completed
