Swiggy turns profitable = Instamart no longer profitable for us dimers

Since last week, Swiggy instamart has jacked up delivery fee to Rs16 in addition to charging Rs4 as handling fee for every order. Even after buying Swiggy GV @ 10% off, we need to order min Rs200 just to break even.

Looks like Swiggy turning profitable is nothing but bad news for us dimers.

There also you can get wallet balance at 10% to 20%.

And prices are super low compared to swiggy.

And all deliveries are free when you order from tata nue app so no need for membership.
No min order value.

Once i tried bb i never went back to instamart.

Problem is getting fresh milk/curd in morning. For BBNOW, milk/curd gets OOS in seconds.

Apart from Blinkit (another pointless app with 15 Delivery charge and nonsense surge charges) what do you suggest?

Swiggy Instamart also have different prices for new and old users , i see 10-20% difference in multiple items usually. 

One of the ninja technique used by them to gain profitability. No offers to old users and also jacked up prices

That normal pack milk not available in bb now. Only tetra packs available ideally. When actually sold out I dont know. God knows only..

As BB Daily offers fresh milk and other dairy products, Bigbasket is intentionally excluding these items from BB Now

tired of same complain for each company every day. a new company/service opens they give offers to attract  customers, then slowly stop offers to make it profitable.

they didnt open business out of charity , they opened so they can make money.

Just use it till its loot for us, stop after its cheap, no one is forcing us to use it.

Where do you see anyone complain?

If a company pushes charges to unsustainable levels, then of course as consumers we will have to discuss alternatives.
