I wanted to get a dual-tone logo printed on a black cotton t-shirt. Does anyone have recommendations for sites that can do this?

I am thinking of starting a business in this segment, will absolutely do it for you at cheap but not now, it will take time. Will post here when i get it started

Yeah . But not for retail public . Its for garment factories or for shopkeepers who get it done on job work .
In Delhi also there might plenty of such printers near garment markets
