Recently I have purchased track pants from Amazon. Delivered product was in tampered condition. Easy to open condition. Bills are stick outside of the cloth cover. Is normal?

It's normal.
But Amazon should know the repurcussions of this packaging.
Anyone in transit could replace the original item, could try the clothes in between, easy to open would lead to clothes falling out of the package and get dirty.
